Wisdom (404): When asked about the meaning of "There is no power and no strength except with Allah," Imam Ali (a.s.) explained that we do not possess anything alongside Allah. He has made us owners of certain things, but our ownership is limited to what He has granted us. When He grants us something over which He has more authority than us, He also imposes upon us legal responsibilities. If He takes that thing back, He also relieves us of that responsibility.

This wisdom highlights the notion that true power and authority lie within the will of Allah. It teaches us that the acquisition and use of worldly possessions are gifts from Allah, and we have no inherent power over them.
