Sermon Sermon : 229

Sermon (229): Abdullah Ibn Zam'ah asked him for wealth and he said:

Abdullah Ibn Zam'ah, who was counted among his group, came to Hazrat to ask for some wealth during his caliphate, and he said: This wealth is neither mine nor yours, but the common right of the Muslims and the accumulated wealth of their swords. If you had joined them in battle, your share would have been equal to theirs, otherwise the earnings of their hands are not for the mouth of others.
