Wisdom (43): Allah has declared your disease as a means to remove your sins. Because disease itself has no reward. But it erases sins. And sweeps them away like leaves from a tree. Yes! The reward is that something is said with the tongue and something is done with the hands and feet, and God, the All-Knowing, admits whomever He wills to Paradise because of his good intentions and purity.
