Abdullah Ibn Abbas used to say that as much benefit as he has received from speech, he has not received as much benefit from any speech after the speech of the Prophet (peace be upon him). Sometimes a person is happy to receive something that is not going to be in his hands and sometimes it makes him sad to lose something that he is not going to get. It is joy and sorrow in vain. Your happiness is achieved only in the hereafter. There should be things, and you should be sad about anything that passes away, and you should not be too happy about what you bring from the world, and you should not be sad about what passes away from it, but you should turn your attention to the situations that occur after death.
