Detailed Explanation — Wisdom (237): There is no kingdom greater than contentment and no luxury greater than happiness. Hazrat was asked about this verse that "We will give him a pure and pure life"? You said that it is contentment.

In Wisdom (237), Imam Ali (peace be upon him) articulates the different motivations behind worshiping Allah. This wisdom illustrates that people worship for various reasons. One group worships out of a desire for reward, which is referred to as 'the worship of merchants.' These individuals engage in worship with the hope of earning Allah's pleasure and attaining paradise.

Another group worships out of fear, described as 'the worship of slaves.' These individuals worship due to their fear of Allah's punishment. This form of worship is seen as a weaker level because it lacks the element of love.

The third group worships out of gratitude and appreciation, known as 'the worship of the free.' These individuals express their gratitude for Allah's blessings and worship Him out of love. This is considered the highest and most genuine form of worship.

This wisdom teaches us that the purpose of worship should not solely be based on fear or the desire for reward, but rather it should stem from love and gratitude towards Allah. Through this, we can enhance our spiritual state and draw closer to Allah.

Imam Ali's (peace be upon him) wisdom also indicates that the true essence of worship lies in its intention. We should strive to perform our worship with pure intentions, making Allah's pleasure the ultimate goal of our acts of worship.
