Wisdom Wisdom : 322

Wisdom (322): When the Prophet arrived in Basra, Anas bin Malik was sent to Talha and Zubair to remind them of some of the sayings that they had heard from the Holy Prophet himself about him. But they rejected it, and when they came back, they said, "I don't remember that." Hazrat said, "If you are telling a lie, then may God Almighty afflict you with such a bright stain that even a dastar cannot hide." (Sayyid Radi says) The white spot means leprosy, so Anas was afflicted with a disease due to which he was always seen wearing a mask.
