Letter (24): Will Hazrat's will regarding what will be done in your property
He wrote it after turning it over from Safin
This is what the servant of God Ameerul Momineen Ali Ibn Abi Talib ordered about his wealth (endowments) just for the sake of Allah, so that He may enter me into Paradise because of it and give me peace and comfort.
A part of this will is this. Hasan Ibn Ali (peace be upon him) will be his guardian who will take sustenance from this property in a proper way and spend it in good affairs. If something happens to Hasan (peace be upon him) and Hussain (peace be upon him) is alive, then he will take care of it after him. As much share in the endowment of Ali (A.S.) belongs to the children of Ali (A.S.) as the same amount belongs to the children of Fatima (A.S.). Verily, I have reserved this inheritance for the two sons of Fatima (A.S.) out of respect for the closeness of the Messenger, their honor and sanctity, and respect for their kinship, only with the consent of Allah. and that he should not sell the new plants of the oases of these villages, until the land of these villages becomes completely different due to the freezing of these new trees, and the female slaves who are in my possession, who have a child in her lap or in her womb, will be withheld in favor of the child and will be counted as his share. Then if the child dies and he is alive. , even then she will be free. Slavery has been freed from him and he has gained freedom.
Sayyid Radi says that in this will, the statement of the Prophet (peace be upon him) in La Yabi Min Nakhalhadwiyya, the meaning of the two dates is a small palm tree and its accumulation comes, and this instruction of his is even Tashikal Ardha Gharasa (the earth becomes suspicious of the trees being frozen). Because of seeing, he will be suspicious, and will think of other land.
