Letter (57): The names of the people of Kufa when Mukta b left Madinah for Basra
After praise and salutations, let it be clear that these are the same situations, either I have left the city of my people or tribe, or I am oppressed in a cruel position, I am a rebel, or others have rebelled against me. In any case, I request those to whom this letter of mine reaches, by Allah, to come and help me if I am on the right path, and if I am going on the wrong path, try to guide me according to your will.
