I praise and extol Allah, and seek help from Him for those things that are repelling and distancing Satan and keeping me safe from his snares and tricks. I bear witness that Muhammad (peace be upon him and his family) is His covenant and messenger, and chosen and selected. Neither can their excellence and perfection be equaled, nor can their departure be compensated. After dark misguidances and full ignorances and harsh and rough (qualities), cities (upon cities) became illuminated and bright because of them, while people considered the lawful as forbidden and considered the intelligent and wise man as low. They lived in a time empty of prophets and died in a state of misguidance. Then, O group of Arabs, you are going to be the target of such trials that have come near. Avoid the intoxications of comfort and luxury, and fear the destructive works of punishment. Stop your feet in the fogs of doubts and the crookednesses of sedition, when its hidden fear rises and its concealed apprehension appears, and its peg becomes strong. Seditions always appear from hidden paths, and in the end, one has to face their open evils, and their emergence is like that of a newborn child, and their signs are like those of stones (strikes). The oppressors are inheriting it from each other through covenants and promises. The former is the guide of the latter, and the latter is the follower of the former. They die and perish on this base world and fall upon this rotten carcass. Soon the followers will express disgust from their predecessors and guides, and will take separation with enmity toward each other, and when they meet, will curse each other. After this era, a sedition will come that will turn security and safety upside down, and will cause destruction, and will attack the creation of Allah with severity. Then many hearts will become unstable after being steady, and many people will go astray after (the security of) faith. At the time of its attack, desires will be divided, and at the time of its emergence, opinions will become doubtful. Whoever looks at this sedition with inclination will destroy it, and whoever strives in it will uproot it from its foundation, and they will start cutting each other like wild donkeys cut each other with their teeth in their flock. The twisted rope of Islam will become untwisted. The correct method will be hidden. The water of wisdom will dry up, and the tongue of the oppressors will be opened. That sedition will crush the sedentary with its hammers and will break them into pieces with its chest. In its dust, two alone will be destroyed, and riders will be killed in its paths. It will come with the bitterness of the Divine command and will milk pure blood (instead of milk). It will demolish the minarets of religion and break the principles of certainty. The wise will flee from it, and the evil-doers will be its doers. It will be thundering and lightning, and will come forward with full force. All relationships and ties will be broken in it, and separation from Islam will be taken. The one who remains aloof from it will also become involved in it, and the one who flees from it will not be able to take his feet out of it. A part of this sermon is: (In which the state of the believers is mentioned) Some of them will be martyred whose revenge will not be taken, and some will be fearful who will be searching for shelter for themselves. They will be deceived with oaths and (apparent) tongue's deceptions. Do not become the guiding signs toward seditions and the leaders of innovations. You should remain firm on the principles of the (believing) community and their methods of worship and obedience. Go to Allah as oppressed, not as oppressors. Avoid Satan's paths and the places of Nimrod's rebellion. Do not put forbidden morsels in your stomachs. For you are before the One Who has made disobedience and error forbidden for you and has made the paths of obedience easy.
