Sermon Sermon : 177

Sermon (177): When Zalib Yamani asked the question that he had seen God, he replied

Dhu'lab Yemeni asked you, O Ameerul Momineen, have you seen your Lord? He said, "Do I worship this Allah? Whom I have not even seen." He said, "How do you see?" He said: "The eyes do not see Him openly, but the heart recognizes Him through the realities of faith. He is close to everything, but not as a physical connection. He is far from everything. But he is not separate." He is the one who speaks without speech and the creator without the help of limbs. He is subtle but cannot be defined by invisibility. He is noble and superior, but he does not have the attribute of harshness and bad temper. He is the seer, but he cannot be described by the senses.
