Sermon (79): On Giving Advice

O people! Reducing hopes, giving thanks for blessings, and avoiding the forbidden is asceticism and piety. If it becomes difficult for you, then at least let not the forbidden overcome your patience and forbearance, and do not forget gratitude in times of blessings. The Lord of the worlds has not left you any room for excuses and arguments through clear and manifest proofs and books that complete the argument.
