Letter (43): In the name of Musqla Ibn Shaybani, who was the ruler of Ard on behalf of him

I have received news of such a matter concerning you.If you have done it, you have angered your God and angered your Imam as well. That is, the booty of the Muslims, which was collected by their spears and horses, and on which their blood was shed. You are sharing among the evils of your people who want you. By the One who split the grain and created the living things. Don't take it for granted, and don't spoil the world by distorting the religion, otherwise you will be among the losers in terms of action. Look! Those Muslims who are with me and you are equal sharers in the distribution of this wealth, on the same principle, they come to take this wealth from me and take it away.
